Who We Are
Our Humble Beginnings
GOW Group Inc., also known as Gagnon Ornamental Works, was founded in 1968 by Mr. Gerald Gagnon. The company first began as an ornamental steel manufacturer, building its reputation on quality craftsmanship.
Over the years, GOW expanded its operations to design and manufacture its own line of agricultural equipment. In addition to agriculture, the company also works in industrial environments such as sawmills and pulp and paper mills.

Since the early 1980s, we have been designing and fabricating potato handling equipment, sold through a network of dealers across North America.
The 2000's
Under new ownership, consisting of Gilles Desjardins, Jean-Maurice Gagnon, and Marco Gagnon, GOW continued designing and manufacturing equipment, while also supporting material handling projects for various industries with a wide range of conveyors. Mr. Jean-Maurice Gagnon retired from the company in 2012.
In the mid-2010s, we expanded our team by adding dedicated on-site employees. Our team handles the installation of GOW Group equipment and supports other manufacturers’ and customers’ projects at client sites. Our services include, but are not limited to, welding, millwright work, crane operations, and much more.
